My Story
For over 20 years, I worked in many fast-paced corporate environments. As many of you know, the corporate world is an environment with constant deadlines, high expectations from bosses, and relentless demands. I saw firsthand how stress could ripple through teams, affect health, and quietly destroy joy and passion from careers employees loved. In my last years of working in a high-paced environment, I became a quiet support for many coworkers. I offered a listening ear and suggested practical ways to navigate the pressures of their jobs, and I did my best to always encourage them to seek professional care when needed. Even with the many corporate hats I wore throughout the years, I held onto my love of nutrition, movement, and wellness. After losing my job during the pandemic, I decided to return to college and finish my degree. I had a strong urge to help others and improve myself. So I decided to pursue a new career in health coaching and human performance. It was a different field for me, however, it was a perfect fit for my career shift.

Just like you, I'm far from perfect. But I always found ways to stay on track, stay grounded, and care for myself as best I could. But I did this all by myself. Sometimes we need a little help from either friends or an experienced individual. I want to be the person who helps you create a path to improved health and wellness. I also realized that wellness isn't about quick fixes or strict programming. It's not practical or sustainable. It's about having a balance between the two. With time and experience, I have curated my coaching approach based on how I would like someone to work with me through any life change. It focuses on making gentle shifts, supporting sustainable and practical choices, maintaining consistency, having the right tools to keep you motivated on your journey, and appreciating the life you're actually living.

If you would like to discuss my approach further and see if it's the right fit for you, let's talk about it!
